Our Steaks are sourced as Local as Shrewsbury approx 15 minutes from The Meat Man HQ. We aim to provide only the best and thats why we only use the UK's Leading Beef Processers who source us our Prime Shropshire Beef. This is proven in the sheer quality of the steaks through the taste and texture. Our Steaks are of a premium quality so please when cooking them be sure to treat them correctly following a few simple principles;

When ordering please note we vac pack all of our products in a controlled food safe envionment, This product will be vac packed on aririval and the steaks will have discoloured to a dark red or even a brownish colour. This is perfectly normal and happens due to the lack of oxygen, similar to an apple when exposed to oxygen it is oxidised and turnes brown. Once you open the packet up and allow the steak to breath the redness will come back into the steak.
