Very disappointing company to deal with. No order received after nearly two months. Multiple emails were needed to receive a refund.
They advised that there was a warehouse move which was the cause of the delay, and that orders were still being sent out in date order. On visiting trustpilot I could see that there were many people in the same situation as myself and were waiting for many weeks.
I had used this company for multiple years previously but would not use it again after my last experience.
Very quick delivery and although very cheap toys the quality is very good. This site is perfect for stocking filler or birthday party goody bags. Always very happy with my orders. I have asked for a refund and was delt with quickly and customer service was very helpful to me
Poundtoy is great, their prices are amazing bargain prizes, and delivery is quick. They regularly have 1p deals, and the quality of the toys is good. They are excellent for buying stocking fillers through the year ready for Christmas, and delivery is always on time! I’ve never had any correspondence with the customer service department, so cannot comment on that!
